Shoes must not be worn inside the facility. Please remove your shoes before entering.
Please open and close the doors quietly.
Please turn off the lights and the air conditioner when leaving the facility.
Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the facility.
Check-in must be completed by 22, and check-out completed by 10.
Please flush used toilet paper down the lavatory; do not put it in the trash can.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the lavatory.
Please sit down on the toilet seat.
Please do not leave the water running.
Free Wi-Fi access is available.
Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
You are responsible for taking care of your money and other valuables.
Please do not loiter in the surrounding area for a long period of time.
Car/Train is available as a means of transport.
There are many private residences in the vicinity. Please show full consideration for the people living in the surrounding area.
Please refrain from speaking loudly. Special care must be taken at night.
Please close the windows at night.
Please do not hold parties on the balcony or in other locations outside of the facility.
Please refrain from singing loudly and playing music at a high volume within the facility.
Please put your trash in the trash cans available within the facility.
Please do not dispose of trash in the surrounding area.

Examples of non-flammable trash (ceramics, glassware, metal products, etc.)
Examples of plastic (film, bags, trays, containers, etc.)

Please do not leave the stove unattended when cooking.
Please do not place flammable articles near possible sources of fire.
Please do not place flammable articles near heating appliances.
Please do not dry flammable articles on lighting appliances.
Please make sure that all heating appliances have been switched off before leaving the facility.
In the event of earthquakes, hide under a table or in a location where you will be protected from falling objects.
Please immediately switch off all cooking and heating appliances in the event of an earthquake.
